Haus am Strom – a sustainable experience
Environmental education is the key to the sustainable development of our society. The Bavarian State Ministry awards the “Umweltbildung.Bayern” quality seal to institutions and networks in Bavaria that offer high-quality events in the sense of education for sustainable development.The Haus am Strom has been awarded this seal of quality. In addition, we are a state-approved environmental education station.
Prerequisites for it are:
- a high quality environmental educational concept
- Enabling action-oriented learning
- Training of environmental awareness and teaching of design skills
- Sufficient premises and outdoor areas for the organisation of events
- regular participation in qualification and further training measures
