We take a short walk through our homeland, collect wild herbs and learn interesting facts about ingredients and application possibilities.
In a relaxed group we then process our yield into wild herb butter, Bavarian wild herb cream cheese and pesto, we make wild herb lemonade, teas, oil and vinegar.
